Joining the Sperry Van Ness / Ramshaw Real Estate team in November 8, 2010, Carrie Boone has been active in residential and commercial real estate and land development since 1994 and has more than 20 years of business experience. 

She is president of ALD Construction-Development, which builds strip centers as well as hospitality and heathcare centers. Also the founder and owner/partner of Bridle Brook Assisted Living in Mahomet, Boone has a passion for the care of aging seniors, so she designs and builds retirement communities to fit the future growth for a better lifestyle for the elderly.

In 2005 she was named "Outstanding Woman of the Year" by Wabash Valley Business Magazine. Boone studied business at Lincoln Trail College in Robinson, Illinois and at Indiana State University in Terre Haute.

Boone has combined her original goal of providing exceptional customer service with strength, spirited leadership, and a sense of value to set the course for her success. She is excited to have joined Sperry Van Ness / Ramshaw Real Estate team and looks forward to working together with more people on all of their real estate needs.
