Chuck is a licensed real estate broker with ten years experience who specializes in property development and subdivision sales. He holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) rating and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) rating. He is also a registered Professional Engineer.
Chuck has lived and worked in Kankakee and the Champaign/Urbana area most of his life and is very active in both professional and community organizations. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for Centrue Bank.
He recently served as Director of the Champaign County Association of Realtors.
He is also past Chairman of Kankakee Industrial Development Association (KIDA) and the Kankakee River Valley Chamber of Commerce, past Director of the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, past Chairman of the Board of Riverside Medical Center and Board member for Riverside Health Systems and Riverside Foundation. Furthermore, Chuck has retired as the president of Consumers Illinois Water Company, a water and waste water utility with thirty three years in utility experience. He is past Director of First of America Bank IL. NA and was a member of the Unified Trust Committee of First America Bank Board. Chuck is a past President of Kankakee Kiwanis and the Champaign-Urbana American Business Club. He is also a current member of the board of Director of Farnsworth Group, Inc. Board of Directors a Consulting Engineering firm.
In addition to his numerous positions and titles, Chuck holds the distinction of being a Retired Lt. Col. from the USAF and having served as a "Fighter Pilot".
