Todd Salen

Todd joined the Sperry Van Ness/Ramshaw real estate team in August, 2005. He specializes in commercial sales and leasing with an emphasis on restaurant and office listings. Todd also handles residential listings and in particular specializes in working with buyers. Originally from Park Forest, IL, Todd stayed in Champaign-Urbana after graduating from U of I in 1979, where he received a Bachelor's degree in advertising.
Todd is very involved in the community. He serves as Executive Secretary for the Champaign Rotary Club and was recently named the Rotarian of the Year. He received the 2007 Fred H. Turner Award from the University of Illinois for outstanding service within the fraternal system and the 2008 Chapter Advisor of the Year award from the Phi Kappa Psi national fraternity. He chairs the Board of Fraternity Affairs Committee for the Student Affairs office at the University.
Todd also referees high school basketball and is on the Urbana Sweetcorn Festival Steering Committee, volunteers for the Champaign Urbana Theater Company, helps coordinate the Champaign Park District Youth Theater program and serves on the Parish/Staff Committee for the Savoy United Methodist Church. Todd is also President Elect of the Champaign County Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
