Cindy Oravec
Purchasing Agent

Cindy Oravec started with Ramshaw Real Estate as the purchasing director in July 1999. She is responsible for the maintenance supply. Cindy procures all materials used by our maintenance team. She maintains inventory control; handles receiving, redistribution and billing of all materials.

Cindy worked for ten years as the Director of Purchasing/Materials Management for a multi-unit restaurant chain with stores in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Texas before joining Ramshaw Real Estate. She was responsible for coordinating all equipment, goods and services including new construction, and negotiated all contracts to assure supply, establish pricing mechanisms and other terms of trade. Cindy tracked prices and trends in the commodity market and advised management of changes significant to long and short-term company interest. Additionally, she was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and purchasing departments.

Cindy is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and holds a Bachelor of Science.
