Loren was previously site a manger at Ashton Woods and has since taken over duties at Crestview Commons where he has played an instrumental role in reclaiming and upgrading the property. Under Loren's and Brent Anderson's tutelage Crestview Commons now has 100% occupancy and is a viable and valuable piece of real estate.
Loren has been a site manager at Crestview Commons since May 2002. He is responsible for day-to-day management of the apartment community. Some of his duties are leasing apartments, rent collections, management of grounds and building maintenance, tenant relations (handle complaints and problem solving), and capital improvements to the apartment community.
Loren earned a Bachelor's degree in Leisure Studies from the University of Illinois. He has 22 years of experience in sales and sales management. He is presently the Athletic Director at Champaign Saint Matthew Grade School.
