Peggy Driver
Tenant Relations Coordinator
Peggy Driver joined Ramshaw Real Estate as a leasing representative in 1998. As responsibilities grew, she became Leasing Coordinator overseeing all leasing activities for our apartments across Champaign-Urbana. In 2001, she was promoted to Tenant Relations Coordinator and now manages and leases our homes and condominium rentals. She became licensed with the State of Illinois in leasing in 2001. In addition, She was named employee of the year in 2004. Currently she is an assistant to the Property Manager with focusing on lease signing and communications with the tenants needs and wants.
Peggy's responsibilities include putting together owners reports, applications process, setting up agenda's staying on top of delinquencies and maintaining properties with good customer service. Peggy has been very involved with company social functions such as, coordinating holiday parties and out of office events.
Before she joined Ramshaw Real Estate Peggy was employed at JcPenney's for 10 years. She is very qualified with the public and giving great customer service.
Peggy is on the Recreation Committee in the community in which she lives. Also, a member of the Church of Christ very involved in the children ministry. She is a native of Champaign-Urbana, with knowledge of the surrounding areas, she also has a seat on the Little League Baseball Board. Peggy enjoys the Illinois Football and Basketball teams; Minnesota Vikings are very important to her as well. Her husband and two sons reside in St. Joseph.
