Todd Lienhart

Todd has been property manager for Ramshaw Real Estate since its inception in 1988. He has broad experience in all aspects of apartment management, including tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, advertising, leasing, and owner consultation.
He became Vice President and Partner in the Ramshaw company in 1996. Todd served as President of The Champaign County Apartment Association in 1998 and has served on various committees over the years.
Todd is a member of the local Board of Realtors, IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and is a candidate to the CPM (Certified Property Manager) program. He earned certification as an Assisted Housing Manager in 1999 and the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation in 2004.
Todd, his wife and family moved to Monticello a few years ago where his son and daughter attend school.
