Bill Bowman
Marketing Director
Bill Bowman became marketing director at Ramshaw in December 2006. He brought with him extensive experience in marketing, writing, and real estate investing, skills that have proven invaluable in his position with Ramshaw.
Bill graduated with a Journalism degree from Illinois State University, then spent the first six years of his professional career in Chicago. After steadily transitioning from the writing he did in school to the marketing management he still does today, he moved to Champaign in 1997, taking on a role as marketing manager at Human Kinetics and eventually moving into the role of trade marketing director.
Along the way, Bill has continued to dabble in his original passion of writing, including stints editing for the Chicago Tribune, running the start-up SportsTown publication in Chicago's north side neighborhoods, and writing a weekly column for The Paper in Champaign. He has also consistently been involved in the real-estate, including flips, property management, investing, and continually staying in touch with the Champaign-Urbana market.
