A native of Springfield, Illinois, Joe has had extensive experience in construction and business administration. He resigned as general manager of the Champaign Venture store to join Ramshaw Real Estate in April of 1996. His first assignment was overseeing extensive renovations and improvements on the Ashton Woods apartment complex on South First Street in Champaign. Joe is responsible for directing and organizing maintenance operations for all properties in Ramshaw Real Estate's management portfolio.
Joe, his wife and daughter built a home in Turnberry Ridge.
