Wolfram Research
Wolfram Research continues its expansion of both office space and personnel. The creator of Mathematica and other popular scientific and technical software has recently added more than 40 employees as it embarks on an incredible new data accumulation project. Wolfram has completely remodeled 2,000 square feet of office space on the third floor of Trade Centre South, where it has a multi-floor office arrangement. The company has also assumed another 6,000 square feet on the fourth floor and will soon begin to remodel this space as well. These expansion efforts are made possible by the incredible success of Wolfram's software. In fact, Mathematica software continues to amaze users to the degree that Macworld UK recently called it "the best software we've ever used, and a must-have for casual and serious students and science professionals."

Ramshaw Real Estate
The University of Illinois' newest private certified residence, Presby Hall, was only 7% leased for the 2008-09 school year when Ramshaw Real Estate took over its property management in May. On August 21, Presby Hall was over 95% leased when students moved in, four days before classes started. The first environmentally "green" residence at the U of I and full of high-end amenities, Presby Hall is now positioned to be one of the school's most popular housing options for years to come. Ramshaw also recently completed its first 12-month fitness program, which challenged employees to either walk 500 miles or cycle 3,000 miles during the course of the year. There were 12 employees who completed the challenge, which is just part of the greater wellness program Ramshaw Real Estate has implemented for its employees.
