Ramshaw Real Estate has incorporated YARDI Voyager, the industry's premier system for integrated accounting and multifamily, retail, office, and industrial property management. It combines accounting and property management information in a single, centralized database, enabling Ramshaw accountants, owners, and tenants to generate comprehensive, real-time reports on demand. This state-of-the-art functionality allows highly enhanced communication of time-sensitive account information to owners or tenants, while decreasing overheads and keeping management rates low.

Jerry Call, Ph.D. has been Ramshaw's accounting manager since 1993. He oversees all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, manages receipts and deposits, and pays bills for all entities managed by the company. Jerry also generates monthly management reports for the owners of each property. An accomplished programmer and software developer, Jerry was instrumental in incorporating the company's new accounting and management system. He received bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Utah, and a PhD from the University of Illinois.

Peggie Malloy joined Ramshaw's accounting department in 1996. For several years, she served as the leasing agent and property manager for the Winfield Village cooperative. Now back in accounting, Peggie's broad experience, budgeting skills, and problem-solving abilities are put to use daily. She is a main contact for property owners or residents who have questions regarding their accounts and billing.

Vickie Baumann joined Ramshaw's accounting team in 2004. Her friendly persona and customer service skills have proven to be extremely beneficial as she helps apartment tenants with their accounting questions. Vicki also loads leases and deposits rent payments, serving as an all-around go-to person in the accounting department.
