Cobblefield Point

Built from 2003 to 2006, the beautiful, 118-unit Cobblefield Point condominium community lies at the north end of the Turnberry subdivision in southwest Champaign. These high-end units sold quickly and steadily as building after building was completed. The developer group, led by Jerry Ramshaw, kept 14 of the units to offer as rental units, and they have proven to lease out at a higher than average rental rate. Ramshaw manages these 14 units as it would a typical apartment complex, and also manages the condo owners' association.

There are five different floorplans represented in the condominiums, and each unit contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, master suite, walk-in closets, fireplace, and an attached private garage. All residents have access to the community's swimming pool, hot tub, club house, and fitness center.

The Cobblefield Point construction project was managed by Ramshaw's development team. The community was designed to blend into the existing urban landscape, yet maintain truly distinctive architectural detailing. Once inside the individual residences, visitors immediately notice the open, flowing floor plans offering vaulted ceilings for a spacious feeling, balconies overlooking the subdivision, handicap-accessible units, and gas fireplaces. The landscaping has grown in and been maintained at the same level of quality.

Cobblefield Point takes advantage of the many amenities already present in Turnberry Ridge. The lakes, walking paths, and greenbelts in the neighborhood are augmented by the beautiful, five-acre Turnberry Park just one block from Cobblefield Point. Residents enjoy the convenient location, offering simple commutes to almost anywhere within the community.
