Crestview Commons

BEFORE – Florida Avenue apartments in 2005.

DURING – Florida Avenue apartments under renovation.

AFTER – Crestview Commons apartments in 2006.
Ramshaw Real Estate tore off the balconies and did a 100% replacement on the buildings' siding, and much of the interior was overhauled as well. An attractive wrought-iron fence was erected around the entire property, new landscaping was put in throughout the grounds, and a new entry sign broadcast the property's new name: Crestview Commons. The new name and newly polished complex were touted in Ramshaw's marketing and advertising efforts thoughout the summer.
By Fall 2007, the apartments were 100% full with desirable new tenants and Ramshaw had achieved a 100% turnaround of what had started 2007 as a problem property. The company is now proud to offer Crestview Commons as one of east Urbana's most attractive housing options.
