John Carson
John Carson, B.S., Realtor® joined Sperry Van Ness / Ramshaw Real Estate in 2000 and now oversees the entire commercial property management division. He works extensively with owners, prospects, tenants, employees, outside contractors, and other real estate agents. His superior analytical skills and wide base of property knowledge are key to his successful work in market analysis, lease negotiation, accounting oversight, reporting, and budget development. He also oversees property advertising, tenant screening, rent collection, security, and maintenance. John prepares and supervises capital projects and provides sales and leasing brokerage services as needed.In 2010, John received his CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has a real estate license, and he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas.
