Leasing representatives

Experienced. Friendly. And let's not forget energetic. Ramshaw's multifamily leasing representatives have all these attributes and more. The entire staff has received extensive property management training and is extremely responsive to the needs of both clients and residents.

Cindy Miller knows it all when it comes to the company's multifamily management portfolio. After joining Ramshaw in February 1998 as a leasing representative, Cindy's strong dedication and aptitude for property management fueled her quick ascent to management. She now oversees the leasing representatives, deals directly with tenants, and is excellent in communicating and consulting with property owners. Her problem-solving skills are invaluable in her position, as she displays poise, tact, and determination in dealing with a wide array of issues, consistently following through on them to complete resolution. Cindy coordinates the annual turnover process for the majority of the Ramshaw-managed properties, including all of the on-campus units.

Peggy Driver began her Ramshaw career as a leasing representative in 1998. She has moved on to several other positions and is now assistant to the property manager with a focus on lease signing and communications with tenants. Peggy's responsibilities include putting together owners' reports, facilitating the applications process, managing delinquencies, and maintaining properties with good customer service. Peggy became licensed with the State of Illinois in leasing in 2001.

Carolyn Crawford, A.S. started at Ramshaw in 2001 and quickly moved to the property management division. The "voice of Ramshaw" to many a potential tenant, Carolyn serves as the appointment setter and customer service manager for apartment tenants, regularly leasing residential properties on- and off-campus as well as answering property inquiries. Carolyn graduated from Bay Path College in Massachusetts with an Associates of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.

Brandon Boswell joined Ramshaw Real Estate in 2008. Training under the direction of Joe Phillips on the development and commercial maintenance team, Brandon has done extensive work in landscaping and has served as a general maintenance provider in training.
