Maintenance team

Ramshaw's on-staff maintenance team handles the majority of maintenance requests from apartment tenants, minimizing the need for outside contractors or vendors. This helps reduce costs for owners, while keeping control and accountability within our company. Many licensed providers are on staff to assist with various tasks such as refrigerant recapturing, plumbing, and other specialties. Maintenance services are available during normal business hours; we also offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Maintenance is tracked by a specialized software that integrates with our professional property management software, and tenants can submit online maintenance requests at ramshaw.com. One of the most experienced and dedicated maintenance crews in the area, each team member has been with Ramshaw Real Estate for more than 10 years.

Chris Clementz has been a maintenance provider for Ramshaw Real Estate since 1998. His responsibilities include maintaining apartments on and off campus, servicing owners needs, plumbing, construction, and general maintenance. Chris is an especially skilled carpenter and takes classes to continue building his skills, and has received his HVAC certification.

Keith Perez has been a maintenance provider for Ramshaw Real Estate since 1999. He is very experienced in a wide range of maintenance and construction services, having worked in the field for more than 20 years. Some of Keith's specialties include high-quality painting and finishing as well as swimming pool maintenance and repair.

Terry Miller has been a maintenance provider for Ramshaw Real Estate since 1992, when the firm purchased the property management company for which Terry worked. Our longest-tenured maintenance provider, Terry has extensive knowledge of all the multifamily buildings managed by Ramshaw. He has expertise in many areas of construction and maintenance and specializes in solving challenging projects.

Russ Slade has been a maintenance provider for Ramshaw Real Estate since 1998. With more than 25 years in maintenance, Russ brings extensive experience and knowledge to each project. His responsibilities include maintaining apartments both on and off campus, and he specializes in electrical work.

Jason James joined Ramshaw's development and commercial maintenance team in 1999. His wide range of skills include plumbing, carpentry, small engine repairs, equipment operation, electrical trouble-shooting, landscaping, and the installation of ceramic tile, windows, doors, cabinetry and drywall.

Charlie Montgomery became a member of the development and commercial maintenance team in 2004. His valuable skill set includes cabinet installation, electrical trouble-shooting, landscaping, trim installation, and general maintenance. He is also a licensed weed applicator.
