Ramshaw's marketing team strategizes, develops, and implements a wide range of online and off-line marketing activities for the firm and its clients. It also puts out several quarterly publications, including the Ramshaw Living e-newsletter for all of the firm's apartment tenants; the Commercial Tenants e-newsletter, which updates the Champaign-Urbana community on the latest news from Ramshaw's commercial tenants; and the Commercial Quarterly, an eight-page printed brochure containing real estate articles and promoting the commercial space we have listed for lease or for sale. Launched in 2008, the new ramshaw.com ranks as the community's highest-graded real estate website, according to a national Internet marketing consulting group. Numerous inbound marketing techniques are employed to ensure this ranking is maintained.Bill Bowman, B.S. became marketing director at Ramshaw in 2006. He handles all of the firm's marketing plans, data analysis, and copywriting. He also serves as editor for all Ramshaw communications and publications, and is the firm's public relations director and media contact. Bill has nearly 15 years of marketing experience. He received a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, majoring in mass communications.
