Ramshaw Real Estate's multifamily management portfolio covers the entire Champaign-Urbana metro area. From southwest Champaign to campustown, from northeast Urbana to Savoy, Ramshaw manages a wide range of apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and detached single family homes. On campus, Ramshaw manages many popular apartment buildings within blocks of the Quad. From the closest locations on Chalmers, Fourth, Nevada, and Oregon streets; to Campustown; to the engineering campus farther north; and into the beautiful West Urbana residential neighborhood, the firm manages a great variety of property types and building sizes. Ramshaw also manages Presby Hall, a newly built 262-bed private certified housing residence at Fourth and John on campus.
