Champaign-Urbana REALTOR joins advisory board of Hance, Utz & Associates and Architectures Design Stores

Alex Ruggieri, MBA, CCIM, the vice president of brokerage services for Ramshaw Real Estate in Champaign, has joined the advisory board of Mattoon architecture firm Hance, Utz & Associates (HUA) and their subsidiary, Architectures retail showroom.

"We are delighted to have some one with the depth of experience Alex possesses," said Richard Harshman (board member). "His years in Champaign-Urbana is a plus for our company."

HUA is an established architectural firm providing design and planning services for projects throughout the state of Illinois with an established reputation for quality architectural and planning services on a wide range of projects including schools, banks, office buildings, libraries, churches, multi-family housing, government buildings, institutional and industrial work. The company also wholly owns Architectures, a design store featuring kitchen, bath, and flooring treatments for residential and commercial construction.

The firm originally formed in 1976 as Gatewood, Hance & Associates through a merger of architects Lee E. Gatewood and Don Hance. The present partnership between Don Hance and William Utz was formed in 1999.
