Realtor's volunteer efforts garner two local awards, one national

CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS, August 12, 2008

Sperry Van Ness / Ramshaw Real Estate real estate agent Todd Salen has recently collected three prestigious awards for his volunteer efforts.

Salen was named the 2007-08 Rotarian of the Year for the Rotary Club of Champaign. The club attributed the award to Salen's long hours of dedicated assistance with Rotary's Interact Club.

Salen also received the 2007 Fred H. Turner Award from the University of Illinois for outstanding service within the fraternal system and the 2008 Chapter Advisor of the Year award from the Phi Kappa Psi national fraternity.

Salen has been an SVN/Ramshaw agent since 2005.
