Ramshaw Real Estate's multifamily property managers have each been with the firm more than 10 years and have been extensively involved in all aspects of managing Ramshaw's multifamily portfolio.

Anyone who has visited Ramshaw's offices can attest Cindy Miller knows it all when it comes to the company's multifamily management portfolio. After joining Ramshaw in February 1998 as a leasing representative, Cindy's strong dedication and aptitude for property management fueled her quick ascent to management. She now oversees the leasing representatives, deals directly with tenants, and is excellent in communicating and consulting with property owners. Her problem-solving skills are invaluable in her position, as she displays poise, tact, and determination in dealing with a wide array of issues, consistently following through on them to complete resolution. Cindy coordinates the annual turnover process for the majority of the Ramshaw-managed properties, including all of the on-campus units.

When Brent Anderson gets assigned to a project, it means we're bringing out the big guns. A property manager for Ramshaw Real Estate since 1996, Brent is Ramshaw's in-the-field property manager who oversees operations of several large apartment complexes in Champaign and Urbana. When the firm takes on a new asset recovery property or a complex with unique challenges, Brent's combination of communication, project coordination, leasing, and other skills are invaluable to the success of the project. He oversees tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, capital improvements, advertising, leasing, and income/expense budgeting for his properties. Prior to coming to Ramshaw, Brent was a Realtor at several real estate companies and has been involved in Champaign-Urbana real estate since 1986.
