Anyone who has visited SVN / Ramshaw's offices can attest Cindy Miller-Lay knows it all when it comes to the company's multifamily management portfolio. After joining Ramshaw in February 1998 as a leasing representative, Cindy's strong dedication and aptitude for property management fueled her quick ascent to management. She now oversees the leasing representatives, deals directly with tenants, and is excellent in communicating and consulting with property owners. Her problem-solving skills are invaluable in her position, as she displays poise, tact, and determination in dealing with a wide array of issues, consistently following through on them to complete resolution. Cindy coordinates the annual turnover process for the majority of the Ramshaw-managed properties, including all of the on-campus units.
