My mother began using Ramshaw management services in 1994 with Todd Lienhart as her rental manager. When our mother passed away in 2003 my sisters and I continued to use Ramshaw and Todd has remained our contact.

We are very pleased with how things are handled and communicated to us. It makes having rental properties easier knowing we can depend on Todd to make the right decisions and deal with any questions or issues that may come up.

Over all they do an excellent job keeping up the properties and making sure we have renters at all times. Ramshaw has been wonderful to do business with and my family would highly recommend them for anyone with rental property.
