Ramshaw Real Estate has managed campus properties for us since 1991. These properties were previously managed by our family for many years prior to hiring Ramshaw. It is a huge relief to have someone else handling the day to day details for us. No longer do we have to take calls at all hours of the day and night, or run over to check a toilet or refrigerator. Ramshaw has the staff on hand to handle all of these situations for us. They take care of all of the details from showing the property to clean up when the tenants move out (and everything in between).

Ramshaw has always been professional, responsive and courteous when dealing with us. When I contact them with a question or concern, they respond promptly with an answer or a promise to look into the matter; and they follow through to get the job done.
