Ramshaw Real Estate, through Todd Lienhart property manager, has played a very important part in the development of Mill Creek Condominium Association. Todd was very instrumental in helping the transition of the management of the property between Hallbeck Homes, the developer, to the Mill Creek Condominium Board.

As President of the Association since it was founded, I spend much of my time communicating back and forth with Todd on different issues. He is prompt on his responses and is diligent in finding answers and having tasks accomplished for the association. In all matters, I have found Todd and Ramshaw Real Estate are a very professional organization and handles all matters in that way.
