I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge what I would describe as outstanding relationship that I have had with Ramshaw Real Estate, and its principals, namely yourself and Jerry Ramshaw. Over sixteen years ago, I was introduced to Jerry and you through a close family friend. Through circumstances which I feel were no accident, I was fortunate enough to invest in the real estate market in the Champaign County area. From the very beginning of our business relationship I realized that I had been lucky enough to be involved with a real estate management company that was a total cut above the average management firm.

Being absentee owner of any investment property might generate feelings of mistrust and apprehension. In our relationship, I want you to know that my feelings about the business you handle for me and my family are the total opposite. You gentlemen have always made me feel that our investments were not only being managed well but that you took care of our holdings as if they were your own. I was never made to feel anything other than comfortable and secure in experiencing the day to day managing and the helpful planning that is involved in property ownership.

The trust and confidence that I have enjoyed working and being invested with Ramshaw Real Estate, remains strong and at the highest level.
