To Whom It May Concern:

In September of 2006, we unexpectedly lost my father due to a traffic accident. As can be expected, things became quite hectic in my world. One thing I never had to worry about were the two properties of his that were being managed by Todd Lienhart, Cindy Miller, and the Ramshaw Property Management team. They kept things going - business as usual. Once I was finally able to focus my energies in that direction, they were very helpful in getting me acclimated to their system and helping me with the countless questions that I had. Todd always contacts me before any major project needs to be completed to get my approval. I, in turn, feel very comfortable asking his advice and opinion on anything that comes up regarding the properties. The monthly reports have changed a time or two since I have been receiving them, but always for the better. They are very complete and easy to understand. I feel very secure in the knowledge that everything is being taken care of and I wanted to give credit where credit is due.
