This is to describe our relationship with and the representation of duties rendered by Ramshaw Real Estates, Inc. for Kobuck Apartments.

We approached Ramshaw Real Estate in June 2006 to develop a managerial relationship for our apartments. Our managerial needs had grown such that the system in place at a time became inadequate. In looking for an alternative, the name of Ramshaw Real Estates raised to the top. Their reputation preceded them and we met with Todd Lienhart, vice president, property manager, to discuss a possible agreement.

Immediately, Todd was very amicable and attentive to our needs. In a short session, his competency transpired in the diverse areas of real estate management, from showing apartments to signing contracts and financial reporting.

Since the beginning of the ongoing three (3) years of their management, we have experienced a courteous relationship from all members of the Ramshaw team. Their responsiveness reflects their sense of responsibility. The accuracy and promptness of thier monthly financial reporting allows us to have current knowledge of the financial health of our apartments. If questions arise, Todd and his team are a phone call or e-mail away and communications are rapid. Ramshaw practices cost containment such that, even with increasing prices for services in general, our maintenance costs remain reasonable.

The appearance of our properties, the satisfaction of our tenants, and the increasing financial health of Kobuck Apartments speak for the quality, professionalism and expertise of Ramshaw Real Estates.
