Todd Lienhart
Todd Lienhart has been property manager for Ramshaw Real Estate since its inception in 1988. He has broad experience in all aspects of apartment management, including tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, capital improvement coordination, advertising, leasing, and owner consultation.He became Vice President and Partner in the Ramshaw Company in 1996. Todd served as president of the Champaign County Apartment Association in 1998 and has served on various committees over the years. He is a member of the local Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a candidate to the CPM (Certified Property Manager) program. He gained certification as an Assisted Housing Manager in 1999, the Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) certification in 1999, and the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation in 2004.
Todd also oversees and organizes maintenance operations for all properties in Ramshaw Real Estate's multifamily management portfolio.
